Refund & Returns Policy
We understand that sometimes customers may change their mind or receive products that are not up to their expectations. Therefore, we have a Return and Refund policy in place to ensure customer satisfaction.
If you wish to return a product, you must notify us in writing within 14 days from the delivery date. However, we only accept returns on full packs and not part packs. You will have a further 14 days to return the product to our warehouse. If any items are missing from the returned package, the refund will be adjusted accordingly.
In case the product is damaged during transit, we may be able to offer a replacement. We take every precaution to ensure that our products are of the highest quality, but there can be instances of breakages in transit.
If you believe there is any issue with a product, please contact us in the first instance. It is more challenging to deal with product issues once the product has been installed. If you feel there is a problem with the product before installation, please contact us before installation. By installing the product, you are accepting it, and it may be challenging to address any complaints later.
If there has been a mistake with your order, the material arrives damaged, faulty, not fit for purpose, or not as described, you have 14 days from the delivery date to arrange a return. We will collect the material at our own cost in case there is an issue with the product.
We accept returns for full, unopened crates. However, made-to-measure orders, loose slabs, and clearance items are non-returnable.
To arrange a return, please contact us via email, and we will arrange the collection of the paving goods. Please note that we will require images of the crates in situ to determine if they are suitable for collection. No goods should be returned without prior authorization from the company.
Once we receive and verify the condition of the goods, we will process the refund. Any products returned damaged will have a deduction from the total refund due. Typically, the verification and refund process takes 2-5 working days to complete once we receive the goods. Refunds will be processed as a priority once we receive and check the goods, and it may take a further 2-5 days to show in your account, depending on your bank and payment method used.
