Delivery Information
Tail lift Delivery Vehicle with a Manual Pump truck :
Our standard delivery method involves one person delivering to the kerbside using a tail-lift and manual pallet truck.
Deliveries are made onto a hard, level surface on the kerb or at the roadside.
Our standard delivery procedure does not involve the use of HIAB or grab lorries,as this facility is not available.
Each crate weighs up to one tonne and will be moved manually using a pallet truck.
Pallet trucks cannot be used on grass, gravel,or inclines. Delivery must be made to a hard, flat, and level surface on the kerb or at the roadside.

For delivery, clear access is required with enough space for a vehicle weighing up to 26 tonnes to manoeuvre and turn.
Please inform Pavingstock or our couriers about any access or road usage restrictions at the delivery point to prevent delivery issues. Failure to deliver may incur re-delivery or return fees.Obstacle-free access to the kerbside is necessary for delivery vehicles. Please note that delivery vehicles require different access compared to bin lorries, and clear access must be maintained along the road during the delivery.

Accepting Delivery:
It is important to carefully inspect your goods upon delivery before signing the delivery note/POD.
If you discover any issues or damage, please inform us & sign for the delivery as 'Damaged'.
If you are unable to personally check or sign for the goods, we recommend having someone do it on your behalf.
If you are unavailable to receive the goods and the area is secure, please instruct the courier to leave the pallets on pathways or driveways and take photographs of them. However, please note that while we understand this may be necessary in certain situations, PAVING STOCK does not recommend this practice, and we cannot accept responsibility for any loss or damage that may occur as a result.
